Why we do it
Clarity PFM was born from frustrations experienced first-hand by the founders as occupiers, such as poorly managed buildings, lack of communication and service charge hikes with little or no notice or explanation. This has created a clear vision of how to do things better and a passion for change.
In a broken market dominated by service providers with outdated methods and incentives to charge higher fees, there is little or no alignment between stakeholders. Clarity is determined to drive change, tackling the toxic adversarial environment between landlords and occupiers based on mistrust through its transparency, honesty, engagement and communication.
